Seller Does Not Respond to a Question
If you sent a seller a question and have not received a response, the options available to you depend on whether you have already purchased or won the item.
Before Bidding or Purchasing
If you have not yet purchased or won the item, GunBroker cannot provide the seller's private contact information. Contact information is only made available when necessary to complete a transaction. See Privacy Policy.
If the seller does not respond to your question, consider whether you have enough information about the item and the seller's terms before placing a bid or making a purchase.
We recommend reviewing the following before proceeding:
- The complete item description and photos
- The seller's payment, shipping, and return terms
- The seller's feedback
- Any questions you need answered before committing to the purchase
If you need additional information from the seller and do not receive a response, you may wish to wait before bidding or purchasing the item.
After Winning or Purchasing an Item
If you have won or purchased the item, you can access the seller's contact information associated with the transaction.
If the seller has not responded through GunBroker messaging or email, try contacting the seller by telephone using the contact information provided with your order.
For additional instructions, see Contacting the Seller.
GunBroker provides the marketplace and communication tools that allow buyers and sellers to complete their transactions, but we cannot force a seller to respond to a message or telephone call based upon the terms of our User Agreement. However, we provide a feedback system for you to post information about your experience with the seller.
See Submitting Feedback.
