How to Navigate Feedback
To navigate to the feedback page, click Welcome>Feedback.
Choose from the drop-down menu as seen below to sort the feedback table:
Although you can remove or edit feedback you posted, we do not allow users to remove or change feedback other users have posted. Doing so would compromise the integrity of the feedback system.
You can, however, post a response to feedback left for you.
You cannot edit or remove feedback once a response has been posted by the other user. If an edit is necessary after a response has been posted, please contact Customer Support for assistance.
You cannot repost feedback once you delete it. If you delete feedback in error, please contact Customer Support for assistance.
If feedback left for you contains obscene or offensive material, or if it includes personal contact information, please contact Customer Support to have the feedback removed or edited.
Submit Feedback
- Select "Leave Feedback" from the drop-down menu
- Complete the form (rating and comment)
- Click "Submit"
Edit Feedback
- Click "Leave Feedback" drop-down and select "Recent Feedback" option
- From "More Options" drop-down, choose the "Edit Feedback" option
- Complete the form (rating and comment)
- Click "Edit Feedback"
Remove Feedback
- From "More Options" drop-down, choose the "Remove Feedback" option
- Confirm deletion by clicking the 'Remove Feedback" option
Note: If you choose Remove Feedback, you will not be able to re-submit for this listing
Respond to Feedback
- From "More Options" drop-down, choose the "Respond to Feedback" option
- Submit your response
- Click "Leave Response"
Reply to Feedback
- From "More Options" drop-down, choose the "Reply to Feedback" option
- Submit your response
- Click "Leave Reply"
