Before leaving unfavorable feedback, we recommend you contact the user to discuss and attempt to work out the issues. NEVER include offensive or obscene language, directives, comments, etc. Obscene or libelous comments are strictly prohibited. Comments may not include personal information such as name, address, phone numbers, username, any identifying information etc.. Comments should not include tracking information (security precaution).
Leaving Feedback
- Must be posted within 90 days of the listing end date and time
Responding to Feedback
- Response must be submitted within 30 dates of the original feedback posting
Reply to Feedback
- Response must be submitted with 30 days of the feedback response
Editing or Removing Feedback
- You cannot edit or remove, if there is a response or a reply
Note: If the transaction has changed, each party will need to remove their posting before revisions.
After 90 Days from Listing end date and time
- No feedback submission or updates can be completed after this time period
