The seller has up to five (5) days to contact you after an auction has closed. Many sellers do not work on weekends or holidays, so please allow sufficient time for the seller to respond.
Please request the seller's contact information, and call the seller. See Contacting the Seller.
If you are still unable to get the seller to complete the transaction, we recommend you leave feedback about your experience with this seller. We use feedback to track potential problem users, and we terminate the accounts of those who fail to complete transactions. See Submitting Feedback.
If the seller has Immediate Checkout enabled on their listings, it is not necessary for the seller to contact you prior to completing Immediate Checkout.
Unfortunately, based upon the terms of our User Agreement, we cannot force the seller to respond; however, your feedback on the seller is important to us. See Submitting Feedback.
