Contacting the Seller

To contact a seller before buying an item:

1. When buying an item, click Ask Seller a Question on the item listing page.
2. Enter your email message to the Seller.
3. Click Send Message.

After you Win an item from the seller:

1. Navigate Welcome>My Buying
2. Select You Won!
3. Select View Seller Contact Info from More Options menu.
4. Click Send Message.

Alternatively, you can:

1. Click Welcome>My Buying>Won Orders.
2. Select Contact Seller from More Options menu.
