GunBroker does not ship items or maintain order tracking information and cannot provide shipping or delivery updates on behalf of sellers.
How Do I Check My Order or Shipping Status?
For questions about your order, including payment confirmation, shipping delays, tracking numbers, or expected delivery dates, contact the seller directly.
- Review the seller's listing and Terms of Sale for payment, processing, and shipping details.
- Contact the seller to request an update on your order, including shipping status and tracking information.
- Allow the seller a reasonable amount of time to respond.

How Long Does a Seller Have to Ship My Item?
GunBroker recommends the following transaction timeframes:
- Buyer and seller communication: Within 4 days after the listing ends.
- Buyer payment: Within 10 days after the listing ends.
- Seller shipment: Within 14 days after receiving payment.
These are recommended timeframes. Sellers establish their own transaction terms, so always review the listing and Terms of Sale for specific requirements.
What If the Seller Does Not Respond or My Item Has Not Arrived?
If you have contacted the seller but have not received a response or your item has not been shipped:
- Attempt to contact the seller directly to resolve the issue.
- Review the seller's shipping terms and allow the applicable processing time.
- If the seller is unwilling to complete the transaction, contact GunBroker Customer Support and consider submitting appropriate feedback.
If you have not received your item or a refund after 30 days, you may qualify for coverage under the Buyer's Protection Program.
Important: GunBroker is a marketplace and is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. Order fulfillment, shipping arrangements, and tracking updates are the seller's responsibility. Buyers should always contact the seller first regarding an order's status.
