If the account termination is eligible for appeal, you may request a review of the account by submitting an appeal. Each appeal is evaluated individually based on the account history, the reason for the termination, and any supporting information provided. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that the account will be reinstated.
After You Submit an Appeal
- You'll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours acknowledging your appeal
- Our account review team evaluates appeals within 3–5 business days
- You'll be notified by email of the decision
- During review, your account remains in its current status — you cannot list or transact
- If additional information is needed, the review team will contact you via the email on file
Note: Submitting multiple appeals does not speed up the process. If you have new information to add, reply to your original appeal confirmation email.
