To be recognized as an FFL on GunBroker, your license must be registered in both the Master FFL system and your GunBroker account. Registration is completed by entering your FFL number in your account profile. FFL licenses are no longer uploaded directly to GunBroker.
It is important to have your license number registered on your GunBroker account to be identified as an FFL in our system. This will allow you to have the FFL badge shown on your listings. It also determines the proper FFL Transfer Processing Fee being charged on items sold. (See FFL Transfer Processing Fee)
If you have not added/registered an FFL to your GunBroker account profile, please follow this link: Register Your FFL Information

FFL license copies are no longer maintained in the GunBroker system. GunBroker is now partnered with Master FFL for the firearm transfer process, FFL holders will need to upload licenses directly into Master FFL. You will need to claim and manage dealer profiles within the Master FFL Platform in order to participate in license transfers. If your dealership appears in the Master FFL database but has not yet been claimed, you can claim your profile to access and manage your dealer account by visiting: https://masterffl.com/claim-your-profile/
Contact information, transfer fees, and transfer acceptance options are maintained in Master FFL and any updates to that information will need to be made in your Master FFL profile.
NFA (SOT) Documentation:
Possession and transfer of certain specialized firearms are strictly regulated under the NFA. An FFL holder must have a valid SOT to deal in these items.
Your SOT document must be added to your Master FFL Profile, along with your FFL.
