Your account can be set to under review for different reasons. We do manually review accounts so please check your account status regularly. Please contact support if your account has been under review for more than 48 hours.
The most common reasons an account has this status are:
- Another account already exists on the site
- Too many failed attempts to submit a credit card to the account
- Account profile updated and manual verification is required
- Non Paying Buyer report cancelled and manual review is required
- Increased number of negative feedback postings
