If the Federal Firearms License (FFL) was recently updated with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and is displaying an error, not found, expired, outdated, or invalid when selected for an order or when attempting to set it as the default, it is possible that our system has not yet synchronized with the ATF database to reflect the updated information. Please allow a few weeks for our systems to resynchronize so that the updated details can be loaded. Please be aware that it may take up to 30 days for the information to be updated on the site.
Note to Buyers: During this period, we recommend sending a signed copy of your updated FFL to the seller for any items that are being shipped to you.
Possible reasons the FFL is not appearing in the FFL Transfer Dealer Network:
- User chose to delete FFL profile
- The license is no longer active or expired
- Incorrect information submitted on profile and/or doesn't match ATF website
