Master FFL "Claim Profile" Process

If your dealership appears in the Master FFL database but has not yet been claimed, you can claim your profile to access and manage your dealer account in MyFFL.

Step 1: Go to the Claim Profile Page

Start by visiting:

https://masterffl.com/claim-your-profile/

Step 2: Search for Your Dealer Profile

1. Enter your FFL number, business name, city, or ZIP code.
2. Click Search.
3. Locate your dealership in the search results.
4. Click on your dealer profile.

Step 3: Click “Claim Profile”

On your dealer profile page, click Claim Profile to begin the verification process.

Step 4: Enter Your Email Address

Enter the email address you would like to use for your MyFFL account.

NOTE: PLEASE enter the email carefully.  If an incorrect email is entered, it will delay the process significantly.

Step 5: Verify Your FFL

To verify ownership of the dealer profile:

1. Confirm the ATF-listed phone number associated with your FFL.

NOTE: Master FFL presents the number(s) as provided by the ATF. Sometimes these numbers use a phone tree and cannot be used. In this case, the dealer can email support@masterffl.com from a business email address and request an alternate number to be added to their profile to allow claiming.

1. Choose how you would like to receive your verification code:
   • Text message
   • Phone call
2. Complete the reCAPTCHA verification.
3. Click Continue.

A verification code will be sent to the phone number on file, by the method chosen in step 2.
 

Step 6: Enter the Verification Code

Enter the verification code you receive on the screen to complete the claiming process.

Step 7: Confirmation Screen

After entering the verification code, a confirmation screen will appear stating “You’re All Set!” indicating that your dealer profile has been successfully claimed.

The screen also indicates that your Basic Profile is now active, with the option to upgrade to a Premium Profile from your account dashboard.

NOTE: Upgrading to a premium profile has several advantages over a free profile, but it is totally optional and NOT required to be a dealer on GunBroker.com

Click Sign in to view the profile to continue.

Step 8: Sign In to MyFFL

After clicking Sign in to view profile, a verification screen will appear.

A one-time passcode will be sent to the email address you entered earlier.

1. Check your email inbox.
2. Enter the 8-digit verification code.
3. Click Confirm Code.

Once the code is confirmed, you will be signed in to MyFFL and taken to your dealer profile.
