Sellers can offer financing on eligible GunBroker.com listings through Credova. When financing is enabled, eligible buyers can view financing options and apply for financing during the purchase process.
Requirements for Offering Financing
Before you can offer financing on a listing, you must:
- Have an active Credova merchant account.
- Obtain your Credova API credentials.
- Be eligible for Immediate Checkout by accepting payments through a supported payment gateway.

Set Up Credova on Your GunBroker Account
Once you have your Credova API credentials:
- Sign in to your GunBroker account.
- Go to My GunBroker > Toolbox > Checkout Setup.
- Locate Credova and select Edit.
- Enter your Credova API account information.
- Enable financing.
- Select Save All Changes.
Once Credova has been configured, financing can be offered on eligible listings.
Enable Financing on a Listing
When creating a new listing or editing an eligible existing listing:
- Go to the Payment and Shipping section of the listing.
- Enable the financing option.
- Complete and submit your listing as usual.
Listing Requirements
For financing to be available, the listing must include:
- At least one gateway-eligible payment method, such as Visa/Mastercard, Discover, and/or American Express.

An Immediate Checkout-eligible shipping method, which must be either:
- Free shipping, or
- A fixed shipping amount.
Buyer Pays Actual Shipping Cost cannot be used on listings offering financing.
What Buyers See
When financing is enabled on an eligible listing, the item page displays a financing option showing the lowest estimated monthly payment.
The item will also display a Financing Available indicator when added to the Shopping Cart.
Financing eligibility, approval, terms, and payment arrangements are determined and provided by Credova.
