Offering Financing on Listed Items

How to Sell an Item with Financing

Initial Requirements

For sellers to enable financing for listed items, you must first have:

• Have or create an account with Credova Financing. 
• Credova API Credentials.
• Be eligible for immediate checkout by accepting payments through an existing Payment Gateway.

Listing an Item with Financing

1. With your Credova account information in-hand, navigate to My GunBroker > Toolbox > Checkout Setup then click Edit next to Credova.
   
    
2. Input your Credova API account information in the fields on the next page. For any assistance in acquiring the required information, please check your Credova account or contact Credova support. Be sure to enable financing on the top left (as shown below) before clicking Save All Changes.
   
    
3. Create a new listing (or edit an existing listing) ensuring financing is enabled on the Payment and Shipping page (shown below).
   
   Note that to proceed with financing enabled, listings need to support:
     •  At least one Gateway Eligible Payment Method (currently at least one credit 
         card service: Visa/Mastercard, Discover, and/or American Express)
     •  An Immediate Checkout Eligible Shipping Method (free shipping or
         a fixed amount - buyer pays actual shipping cost is not supported)
   
    
4. Once your listing is confirmed, it will display an option for financing with the lowest estimated monthly amount on the item page. 
   
   
   It will also show the Financing Available badge in the cart.
