Because PayPal* can be used as a payment method for many items sold on the GunBroker.com site, we do allow sellers to list it as a payment option. However, according to its terms of use, PayPal does not allow the use of its service or logo for selling firearms, certain firearm parts or ammunition. If a seller and buyer have selected to use PayPal for payment, they will need to provide each other with their email address for their PayPal accounts. The seller can then send an invoice through PayPal, and the transaction can be completed through the PayPal site.
How Do I Contact the Seller?
When viewing your won item, look to the far right and click on "More Options". A drop-down menu will display that includes an option to "View Seller Contact Info". You can use our User-to-User Messaging system or retrieve the seller's email address and phone number to contact them directly.
Why Am I Not Being Directed to PayPal in Checkout?
GunBroker.com does not prohibit use of PayPal as a payment method, however we are unable to provide a direct link to complete payment through our checkout. Once you have been named the winning bidder, you will need to confirm the order details and click "Continue". At that point, you will need to contact the seller to complete payment.
I Paid with PayPal, How Do I Get a Refund/Price Adjustment?
All payments for items purchased on our site goes directly to the seller. Please contact the seller directly if a refund or price adjustment on a transaction paid through PayPal is required.
Can I Learn More About What Items Are Acceptable for PayPal?
