After a listing sells, you may use the system to send a payment reminder to the buyer. The payment reminder message will be sent from GunBroker and will include whatever message you add to it.
Find the order in question and select Send Payment Reminder
You may send payment reminders to the buyer any time after the listing sold.
The message send to the buyer will look something like this:
GunBroker.com Payment Reminder
Dear [Buyer User Name],
[Seller User Name], the seller of the item below has not received payment for the item won. Please contact the seller immediately and complete the transaction.
The Seller has included this note to you. Please reply to the sender by choosing the ‘Reply’ button in your email software. You are able to reply to this message to contact the seller to arrange payment and delivery for the item won.
