How to Cancel a Non-Paying Buyer Report (NPB)

If the buyer completes the transaction at any time during or after the Non-Paying Buyer (NPB) process, the seller should cancel the NPB and edit feedback posted for the buyer.

How to cancel an NPB:

1. Go to My GunBroker.
2. Click Welcome>Support > Credit Requests.
3. Click on the cancel button for the NPB you would like to cancel.

How to Edit Feedback:

1. Go to My GunBroker.
2. Click Welcome>My GunBroker>Account>Feedback.
3. Find the item under Recent Feedback.
4. Choose Edit Feedback from the drop down menu. (Please be careful to NOT choose Remove Feedback as you will no longer be able to post feedback.)
