If the buyer completes the transaction at any time during or after the Non-Paying Buyer (NPB) process, the seller should cancel the NPB and edit feedback posted for the buyer.
How to cancel an NPB:
- Go to My GunBroker.
- Click Welcome>Support > Credit Requests.
- Click on the cancel button for the NPB you would like to cancel.
How to Edit Feedback:
- Go to My GunBroker.
- Click Welcome>My GunBroker>Account>Feedback.
- Find the item under Recent Feedback.
- Choose Edit Feedback from the drop down menu. (Please be careful to NOT choose Remove Feedback as you will no longer be able to post feedback.)
