After completing a transaction with the buyer:
After the auction ends, we send an email containing the name and email address of the winning bidder. This email contains a link to the buyer's contact information.
You can also obtain the email address of the buyer using the Request User Info web page and send an email directly from your email account: Request a User's Contact Information.
To access Request a User's Contact Information:
- Scroll to the bottom of any page.
- Click Tools for Sellers.
- Scroll to After the Auction.
- Click Request User Information
Alternatively, you can:
- Click Welcome>My Selling.
- Scroll to Items I've Sold.
- Click Select.
- Select View Buyer Contact Info from the dropdown menu.
