What's New?

  • Checkout - Due to tax laws that are being enacted across some states GunBroker.com has implemented code to become a marketplace facilitator for tax collection. More information can be found here.

Version 6.1.30 - Release Date: 11/16/2020

What's New?

  • Checkout - Added a error when the credit card number is placed in the name field.
  • Added BitRail as a payment method.
  • Sold Orders - Updated the sold orders grid. More information can be found here.
  • Layaway - layaway will be removed from listing defaults if the layaway policy is deleted.

What's New?

  • Layaway - The ability to list or purchase an item with Layaway is now available. Information on how to set up Layaway or make purchases with Layaway can be found here.

Version 6.1.28 - Release Date: 10/12/2020

What's New?

  • Relist with Edit - Listings created through the new listing process will now go through the new relist with edit screens. This will keep your characteristics and allow you to make changes to your listing before relisting the item.
  • Tax Cloud - There are now three choices when setting up your TaxCloud account. The options available are calculate only, calculate and capture when payment is received, and calculate and capture when order is marked shipped.
  • Completed orders - When orders are marked complete the ability to add or change shipping carrier and tracking number has been introduced.

What's New?

  • BitRail - Setting your BitRail has been added as a valid payment method to list items and purchase shipping on GunBroker.com
  • Listing - Items listed through the new listing process are now able to be relisted immediately without having to edit the item.
  • BitRail - Confirmation emails are now being sent for paying your monthly dues. 

Version 6.1.26 - Release Date: 8/31/2020

What's New?

  • Payment Gateways - Added the ability to authorize only for PayTrace.
  • Listing an Item - Made it a requirement to answer whether or not an item being listed requires an FFL to purchase.
  • Shipping - Corrected an issue where the first time you try to create a shipment it would not let you proceed. Now all new users who have an account on file can create a shipment.
  • BitRail - BitRail is now available for automated monthly payments. Set up your BitRail account on Billing Info and you will receive a 1% credit for your monthly fees when you pay with BitRail.

What's New?

  • Payment Gateways - Added Fort Point Payments as a payment gateway.
  • Listing tools - Added the ability to use TaxCloud to record and report taxes for items sold on GunBroker.com
  • Take a Shot - Prevented the ability to offer more than the purchase price for the item.
  • Contact Information - Added text to the page to direct sellers to use the billing and shipping information entered on the order.
  • Listing an Item - Corrected an issue where the description was being strip from the listing if "<" or ">" is used in the description.

  • Registration - Added 3rd party email opt in to the sign up page.
  • Gold Membership - Users who purchase a gold membership will receive a coupon for a free warranty on their firearm purchase.
  • Fixed Priced Items - When viewing a fixed priced item the quantity is now defaulted to 1.
  • Default FFL - When picking an FFL for the first time in checkout the FFL will automatically update as your default FFL.
  • Checkout - When an order is marked payment received taxes will no longer update when a change to the order is made.
  • BPP - The title on the File Buyer's Protection Program (BPP) Claim has been updated to provide a better description.

Version 6.1.23 - Release Date: 6/29/2020

What's New?

  • MYGunBroker - Replaced Unsold with Ended Items to make it easier to relist items that are no longer active.
  • Footer - Added Legal Terms link to the footer.
  • MyGunBroker - Added an error message for old order that are not able to be viewed.
  • MyGunBroker - Added 3rd party email opt out to the user preferences page.
  • MyGunBroker - Removed the old MyGunBroker pages and are directing users to the redesigned MyGB.
  • View Item - Tax rates are not shown on view item any longer. View item reflects whether or not a seller collects taxes. Users can now see the amount of taxes collected during the checkout process.

Version 6.1.22 - Release Date: 6/08/2020

What's New?

  • MYGunBroker - Added User Preferences under Account. Here you can manage your email preferences, manage your item notifications, and set a default FFL to use every time you purchase a firearm.
  • Search - Added the lost cash discount cost to the search results screens so users can see the fee without the need to view the listing.
  • View Item - Added the lost cash discount cost to the information boz .
  • BitRail - New users who register will now be set up with a BitRail account.
  • BitRail - Added BitRail Wallet to the Account dashboard in MyGunBroker.
  • FFL - Added the ability for FFLs to change their license number without having to start over.
  • Checkout - Checkout will now prefill the user's selected default FFL so the buyer does not have to keep looking this information up.

Version 6.1.21 - Release Date: 5/18/2020

What's New?

  • MYGunBroker - Added a link to view and download eFFLs from the sold orders grid. If the buyer selects an FFL that we have on file the link will be displayed in the grid.
  • FFL Information - Added the link to view your FFL on file if you have signed up to join the network and have uploaded an FFL image.
  • Industry News - Updated the industry news page to be responsive and mobile friendly.
  • BitRail - Launched BitRail with FreedomCoin as a method of payments for sellers to pay their fees and also as a payment method between buyers and sellers for items purchased on the website.

Version 6.1.20 - Release Date: 4/27/2020

What's New?

  • Mobile Apps - Users can no longer place bids or make purchases on the mobile apps. The Bid/Buy functionality has been disabled. Bids and purchases can be made on the website and the website has been updated to be mobile friendly.
  • Canceled Orders - Only sellers can create a new order from a canceled order now. Buyers will only be able to view a cancel order.
  • New Payment Method- BitRail accepts FreedomCoin as a method of payment for GunBroker fees. Using this option will give you a 1% credit that is applied to your account. 
  • Payment Gateway - Fluid Pay has been added as a payment gateway.
  • MyGunBroker - Sellers can now end and item or multiple items from the my selling grid.
  • Buying - A change has been made to the BuyNow and Fixed Price purchase process. Buyers will now purchase the item after being able to view the final cost of an item (if shipping is calculated). The item will not end until the buyer has completed the checkout process.

What's New?

  • MyGunBroker -Added text to the FFL upload to recommend FFL holders add a watermark to their license when uploading stating no face to face transfers.
  • SEO - Added routing to the SEO 

Version 6.1.18 - Release Date: 3/16/2020

What's New?

  • MyGunBroker - Added a new grid "Ended Items" currently only visible on desktop through the left hand navigation. This grid has all your items that were listed and no longer live in the 90 days. Here you can bulk relist your items as well as hide and unhide them from the view.
  • Invoice - Updated the print invoice and view item summary to be responsive.
  • MyGunBroker - Fixed the account fee grid to only show the earnings of the logged in account not the entire seller family total.
  • MyGunBroker - Removed thumbnail as a filter.
  • Fraud Claims - Updated the Dispute Fraud Claims page to be responsive.

What's New?

  • Coupon Center - Added a link to the header to navigate to the coupon center to see what coupons are available on GunBroker.com. Also increase the default row count when viewing coupons.
  • Payment Gateways - Added two new payment gateways: Bluedog and Transnational.

What's New?

  • Shipping Profiles - Making a change to the shipping profile will no longer update the profile on an item with a bid or has ended. Shipping profile changes will only apply to new items or items without bids.
  • Search - Adjusted the sort options on search and advance search to match.
  • Coupons - Added coupon description to the coupon on view item.
  • Self-Service Advertising - Added a link to the self-service advertising page in the toolbox on My GunBroker.
  • Sold Orders - Added shipping costs, coupon code, coupon value and lost cash discount amount to the export file of sold orders.
  • Advanced Search - Added searching for no credit card fees to the advance search filters.

Version 6.1.15 - Release Date: 1/13/2020

What's New?

  • View Item - Updated the picture view to show bigger pictures and more detail.
  • Search Results - Added a new icon for items that use immediate checkout and do not have a cash discount. These items will have an icon that shows "No Credit Card Fees".
  • Search Results - Updated the FreedomCoin Icon to reflect that there are "No Payment Fees" for buyers who pay for items with FreedomCoin.
  • MY GunBroker - Added the ability to export information from the Selling ans Schedule Listing grids.
  • FFL Finder - Updated the FFL finder to default to 25 miles and also updated the results to show FFL dealers that have uploaded a license on GunBroker.com
  • Header - Updated the header to reflect all the main options within My GunBroker so mobile users can navigate to all areas using the header.
