No gun shops per say for 75 miles and i don't like that one.

A one sporting good store in town, has 20-30 long guns
    3-4 pistols usually 44 mag or 22lr.

Sportsmen's is 130 miles away don't like them either prices are to high

Best over all prices and selection has to be Vanwagens Finance, Orem UT.
The owner may be a dick at times, but 100 bucks is 100 bucks.

I was in that shop a couple of weeks ago. Interesting guy, that owns it! I like all the "exploded" guns from "home made experimental hand loads" Gunnies looked like it had possibilities too. Just not enough used stuff for my liking.

Yes the owner is a very interesting guy. The exploded gun colection is continuously growing. I have not been in there for 3-4 yrs now but when I lived in Lehi, it was a once a week thing. He doesn't have alot of stuff out to show but if you dont see it just ask and he probably has 10-12 in the back either guns lossed to pawn or trade.

Did you get a good look down into the gun room? from the end of the handgun counter closet the new guns you can see one or two of the racks. I have been in the back and he has to have 100,000 new and used guns back there and in the basement is quite impressive.

Gunnies was better 10yrs ago. They lost their most knowledgeable gun goowroo to cabelas when they opened their Lehi Ut. store 2-3 yrs ago?

+1 on Larry's, probably one of the best selection of used guns as any I've seen.

You beat me to it. Thanks, though. I just took a Rem 700 off of the bench and put it back in the sack to take to work tommorow for a customer. 700 LSS .270 WSM. Absolutely beautiful rifle. Too pretty to take to the woods.

I used to love to go to the Gunroom in Chapin, SC and talk to Dan Hightower. I really hate they are no longer there. I bought my first GLOCK from him when they were finally approved in SC. Thanks to Jim McClary and Jay Long.

As much of a museum as a gun shop. Whenever I travel back to Houston on business or pleasure I make it a point to stop in there. Well worth the time to stop by and check them out.

You got that right Eboydell. Anyone up here in MN at Gander who gets hired on and knows guns is let go or moved to the ladies clothes department. True story.

    BuyMilSurp.com

This is Mark Kubes Custom Firearms, he deals mostly in milsurp stuff. He is a big parts guy. My favorite place to go and browse.

And also Kastle Keep guns in Largo Florida.

I go to Knights Shooting Sports, but for the indoor range only, theyre prices are entirely too high, and all the people that work there are J/O's.
