6'1" about 220 down from 245 in the beginning of the year. I have been hanging out at this weight for a few months. I'd like to push down to about 205. Fighting weight is about 195 but I don't care to ever get down to that again.

Forgot to answer the question. Am I fat?..... Oh YEAHHHH!!!!

I looked at one of those height/weight charts and figured out that I am not too heavy, I'm just 22 inches too short.

I am 5'11" tall, about 3'6" wide, about 2'4" deep at the chest, 22" neck, 16" forearms,28" thighs, hands are 2.5" thick and 6" wide size 20 ring finger, feet are 14EEEE, hat size.. well so far they are all too damn small and all that is when I am relaxed. When I am working I puff up some. My weight varies during the year, but midway between hybernations I'm about 260lbs. Overweight? Maybe. Ugly too, but no-one ever says either to me. Most folks are actually pretty polite to me. I like good manners. Good mannered people and three or four lbs of rare meat a day makes me a happy man.

I used to be fat. In high school I was 5' 11" and 220 lbs. Thankfully I was able to lose 35 pounds several years ago... I now hover between 185 and 190. My ideal weight is probably 165-170.

Like, what did you want me to say? Men, due to their BMI of muscle over fat, can carry a lot of weight much more attractively than women can, so height vs. weight means little.
Personally, I have always has a thing for "big" guys, slightly overweight who are still broader in the shoulders and lean in the flank with a slightlty soft middle, who look like they got their "physiques" by honest, hard work, vs. muscle-bound pencil-necks who obviously got their "six-pck abs" in a gym.
They throw off great body heat on cold nights....

As long as your BP and bloodwork is good, who cares? Does the old lady think you are still hot? Then that is all that matters....

Too bad you are married, and I am engaged.
The point I was making was,........when a guy is asked his height, and weight, 99.9% will fess up right away.
Ask a female the same question,..........it is always a "mystery", in about the same percentages![;)]
Uhhh,.....I still never saw your height, and weight posted.[8D]
My fiance' is 5'6", and weighs about 128, but she still will not let me look at the scale when she gets on it![:D]

I lost 5 pounds reading your comments.

My hands, however, ballooned out to 2.5 inches thick when DCON got rude...

I'm 5'10" now at 215, I have lost 35 lbs over the past seven weeks through hard work. diet, and stress.

In my best gym junky muscled weight I was at 235 (always had to be measured in the military with calipers).

Why would a woman settle for a "6-pack" when with a lot of us she can get the whole "keg"?

Ha! Ain't heard that one in years!
"328 lb.s of rompin' stompin' romance,
Got different strokes for different folks,
    Different ways for different days,
Come on, Baby, and love me!"
I had a rather large friend who said that all the time.
He had some other sayings that can't be repeated here.
