How many members consider themselves to be overweight?
I think I actually GAINED weight during my surgery/recovery last month. I weigh ten more pounds than I did three weeks ago before they operated.

Nope! I'm 5-11 and weighed 193 (too heavy) when I retired in January 2006. I'm almost 62 now with no more stress in my life and I'm down to 160 (just right). One thing that helps keep the weight down is mowing a 1 acre sloped yard with a non-self-propelled walk behind mower instead of my lawn tractor. 0
