A sporterized 30-40 Krag, that I bought for $47.50 at a sporting goods store in 1963. My son still owns it. Has a beautiful fiddleback maple stock. Deep lustre bluing and a custom trigger.[:D][:D][:D][:D]

Do you mean like a Stoeger or Erma "Luger"?

My first gun was an Ithaca Model 49 .22 caliber "Saddle gun"

Ruger Single Six convertible. Dad gave it to me for my 7th birthday. It turned 20 this year and is still in excellent condition. I get it out to shoot it every couple years.

Marlin Model 25 .22 that I got as a birthday present for my 12th birthday. Still got it and it still puts the fear of God into the squirrels when I step into the woods with it.

Remington Model 11 20Ga 26" modified Shotgun. Dad got His Browning 20ga O/U in 1947 and Model 11 was mine. Kept it until I saved enough to purchase a used Browning O/U in 1953.

My dad bought me an Eastern Arms single shot 12 Gauge break action. That was about 1974 or 1975. Used it to pheasant hunt with. I missed more birds with that gun!

I saved my money and bought a Marlin Glenfield model 60 the next year or so.

After that I got a Remington model 1100 20 Gauge at a gunshow. I finally started to hit pheasants when I got that gun. I had a blast. Wish I still had it. I bought another but it is just not the same.

After that, I kinda lost track....

the first gun was a BB gun. however, first real gun was a .22 rifle that was a two piece rifle. It was held together in the middle with a screw. I lost the screw after about a year of owning it. The company apparently went out of business because I could never find a number or address or anything to get a replacement screw. Finally I went to the hardware store and got one that kinda fit, lol. When you fired the gun you always got a litle blow back of some kind. I dont shoot the gun anymore.

Cubs, I'm not for sure but is that one of those shotguns that had the unsafe bolt and you could return the bolt for $60. I believe it's M.Wards.
