What is the difference between a Turbo 375 and a Turbo 400?

Up above someone said the Ford FMX dates to 1934????????????? Without googling I would have to say the earliest it dates to is the 1950s when automatic transmission became available

OK chief...I have no intention or expectation of asking a good question, but I do have a semi automotive questiion.

I have a bunch of old gas, mixed at various ratios for various equipment. Chainsaws, outboards, ect.

can I use this up in my car? Straight? Diluted? Lawn Mower? Diesel Tractor?

I know it's stupid, but it is 10-15 gallons of gas and that constitutes a house payment.

Diesel Tractor?shouldn't be a problem at all if you dilute it enough, but how much to dilute is the question. I'd mix up all that old gas together, and try putting in 1/2 gallon when you fill up, go from there. it won't be long before it's gone.

It only takes a teaspoon of SOUR gas to turn the rest of the gas sour. So, if you have bad gas and mix it with good gas, you will end up with ALL bad gas.

    Super Dave Osborn?

But the greatest driver ever was ether Arton Senna or Michael Shumacher, Senna would have been greater if he was not killed.

I think the Ford FMX transmission was in production until about 1982. but it has been essentially unchanged since... WHAT year did it first appear?63...well you said no googling! so I didn't and I don't know the answer... but, I had to rebuild mine and the manual I xeroxed out of a book dated 1934, and the parts were exacto-ly the same! except for the governor thing in the back. so, earlier than 1934.

Very wrong - the first Ford auto was in 1952, and was not the FMX - it was the 3 speed Ford-O-Matic.

Mopar first, (buddy Baker) then Bill Elliot, 212 in a t bird, before nascar killed 'real' racing.....

did ya google that one? dodge superbird held the record of 200.4 for 13 years

Nope, and Buddy Baker did a 220 mph pass at the chrysler proving ground track in a 'bird, but didn't count as it wasn't a 'recognized competition track....one for you...what were those little humps of the fron fenders of the superbirds/charger daytonas?

    tachometers

    Nope - air extractors.

You're not answering most of my questions.
Here are a couple of easy ones.
What was the Coventry Climax engine designed for?
What off road use was the Ford 60 hp aluminum V8 engine put to?
What caused early burnout of early Pinto engines?

    ME!! ME !!

What was the Coventry Climax engine designed for? Formula One

What off road use was the Ford 60 hp aluminum V8 engine put to? 145 Hydro single seat hydroplane race boats. I had one - but the Ford V8-60 was all iron in stock configuration.

    AMC V-8s
    Late model I-4
    Late model I-6

This was supposed to be about American Iron...

That said, the Coventry Climax was designed to be a Fire Pump motor.

Best Driver Ever is/was Sir Stirling Moss, Privateer, who took two year old castoffs from first line Formula One teams, and (When they kept running) beat the "best drivers of the time" with the old stuff.

He once drove a car with a front tie rod off, at racing speed, through the Alps.

Here's one for ya - can you trace the lineage of the motor presently in production in the Land Rover back through most of its iterations, to its origins?
