Stump the motorhead can you? (Bet not!)

Now, let's not get into part numbers for the AIS motor on a 92 chrysler 3.8, but real 'My cousin vinnie stuff'. keep it in american cars, Drag racing, muscle cars and equipment, stock cars, hot rodding etc.....can ya top me? (without google?)
Bring it, cupcake!

What was the intake and exhaust valve settings for the 350 cubic inch solid lifter engine in a stock 1970 Z-28 Camaro?
Let me try this one was it 36 intake 34 exhaust (we are talking about lash correct)
.24 and .28......(tighten it up a bit if you have good gas...rpm will pick up a bit at idle but i bit more lift results.....
Close, it was actually 24 for the intake and 30 for the exhaust. Chevrolet basically took the old 30-30 Dontov Cam that was used in the 302 Z-28 engines and changed the cams intake duration and lift. The first time I had my 70 Z-28 Dyno tuned they mistakenly set the valves to 30/30 just like the 302. I had to have them retune the engine and they confirmed the correct setting to be what I thought, 24/30.
Edit to say while my memory keeps saying 30 on the exhaust valve, 28 has a nagging ring to it.0 -

WHAT year did it first appear?63...well you said no googling! so I didn't and I don't know the answer... but, I had to rebuild mine and the manual I xeroxed out of a book dated 1934, and the parts were exacto-ly the same! except for the governor thing in the back. so, earlier than 1934.0 -
