I filed for divorce yesterday.

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL
Audrey left last night and took Deanna with her. I haven't seen either of them today.

This is the first Christmas I can ever recall - except for when I was in the Army - spending alone. It's a strange and depressing feeling. I guess I'd better get used to it.

Your strength and support is helping me immeasurably.

    If it helps, I am the "lonely guy" myself this year.
    I think I am gonna make a pork peppercorn tenderloin for dinner.
    Not to intrude in your personal business, but what have your kids been told?
    Do they know of the infidelity yet, or are you the bad guy at this point?
    Don't answer of course if it is too personal.
    I am at my place right now, until about 5 PM EST, and then going back to my mom's place to take care of the pooch, as she will not be back until tomorrow evening early.
    If you want someone to talk to, you have my numbers, and my cell will be on when I go back to my moms.
    All will end up for the best,.......may not seem like it now, but it will.
    One cannot live their life the way you have been doing it!

    I'm sorry to hear that you are going through such a tough time Doug. I pray that God sends you a Peace and Joy that comes from above and goes beyond human understanding.

    Eric - Thank you so much for your phone call. Your concern is really appreciated.

    Mark - I don't know if any of the Kids have been told, except for Deanna and her Mom wasted no time in telling her - I have no idea what she was told. I'm pretty sure that I'm the "bad guy", since I went and ruined Christmas by filing. Andrea is in England for Christmas with her hubby Garry-the-Brit. She called awhile ago and seems to have no clue.

    I don't plan on going into ANY detail with the Kids - she is their Mother.

    Doug, my thoughts are with you, and I wish you the best. I hope daughter Deanna doesn't get turned into a pawn of battle. It's always hard and confusing on the kids. I was Deanna age and graduating from high school when my folks divorced. Even at that age, it's not fun.

    Deanna and I have always been very close - I don't think her Mother could change that.

    At least, I hope not.

    But people can be devious.
