A Ruger will exceed the capabilities of 95% of all shooters.

    How do they do that?

I'll trade you the HK even up for my Tommy!

    Go for it Mateo.
Then I'll go "buy" a Ruger to trade straight across for your Tactical. [:D]

That HK 45 carbine is ok, but it needs a folding stock, some 20 and 30 round mags, about 4 inches whacked off the barrel and a paint job.

    Springfield Armory 1911A1.

Only the Rock Rivers and the Kimbers come close.

My tastes run towards the traditional. Here's how we did things back in the 1960s and `70s. No extra doo-dads or extended controls sticking out in all directions. This gun got the job done back then and it'll get the job done today.

How about a wheel gun in .45 ACP? Mmmmmm.. You pull this baby on some low-life and let him get a look down those cavernous chambers and he will have a religious experience on the spot.

It is not the most beautiful gun in my safe, but that HK Carbine is probably the smoothest gun I own. A sheer pleasure to shoot. It is light, great sights, NO kick and little barrel rise. Oh, and deadballs accurate out to 75. And it aint no weiner 9mm.

True, it is not an HK .45 submachine gun, but it does look absolutely fab with my grey urban camo...

    Good choice.
Don't shoot lead bullets through it.

    Like mateomasfeo said, range report.
