Information about your current fee tier is available in the Account Dashboard of My GunBroker. Top sellers will see information about last quarter’s sales and sales information for the current quarter. This information is updated weekly.
Top firearm sellers are eligible for discounted FFL Document fees based on the number of firearms sold in the previous quarter. Your fee tier structure will be reestablished quarterly based on sales from the previous quarter.

Final Value Fee
A Final Value Fee is assessed if your item is sold. The Final Value Fee is assessed when the listing closes and is based on the price that the item sold for. If the item is not sold there is no Final Value Fee. The fee is based on the category of the item you sell. Once you log in, you can use our Final Value Fee Calculator to find out the final value fee associated with the selling price of an item.

FFL Document Processing Fee
GunBroker provides the Master FFL transfer services to automate FFL verification, license management, and coordination of firearm transfers between buyer, seller and receiving dealers.
Top sellers of firearms are eligible for discounted fees based on their quarterly volume if firearms sold. The number of firearms sold is calculated at the end of each quarter. Based on that number your fee is determined for the next quarter.
GunBroker will assess the following Master FFL Document Processing fees to sellers according to this ranking.
- Top 15 Sellers - $1 per sold item - Standard FFL transfer
- Top 50 Sellers - $2 per sold item - Standard FFL transfer
- Top 75 Sellers - $3 per sold item - Standard FFL transfer
The fee for an NFA / SOT-regulated item is the same for all rankings
- All Sellers - $10 per sold item – NFA / SOT-regulated transfers
These fees apply per item sold and processed through the Master FFL portal and are separate from any applicable Final Value Fees, Marketplace Service Fees, or dealer transfer fees charged by the receiving dealer to the buyer or seller.
