To ensure messages from known addresses or domains don't get moved to your Junk Email folder, add them to your safe senders list.
Hotmail
Follow the below steps to add our email address to your 'allow list' in Hotmail:
1. Log in to your Hotmail account
2. Select Options then More Options... from the toolbar
3. Select Safe and blocked senders under Preventing junk emails
4. Click Safe Senders
5. Enter the email address or domain name you want to add to the list

AOL
Follow the below steps to whitelist our email address to your 'allow' list in AOL:
1. Add the sender's email address or corporate domain to your address book or custom sender list
2. Click the Spam Controls link in the lower right side of your inbox screen
3. Click the Customer Sender list link
4. Select Allow email from ...
5. Enter email address:

6. Click Add and Save
MSN
Follow the below steps to add our email address to 'your allow' list in MSN:
1. Click Options in the top right corner
2. Click Safe and Blocked Senders
3. Click Safe Senders
4. Enter the email address or domain to add

5. Click Add
Outlook
Follow the below steps to whitelist our email address to your 'allow' list in Outlook:
1. Open your Safe Senders settings.
2. Under Safe senders and domains, enter the email address or domain you want to add, and select Add.

3. To add a mailing list to your safe senders, enter the mailing list under Safe mailing lists and select Add.
4. Select Save.
