Feedback Ratings and Comments

Ratings:

Feedback ratings are indicated by letter grades:

A+    Transaction handled professionally

A      Transaction handled well

B      Transaction handled with minor problems

C      Transaction handled poorly

D      Transactions handled with major problems

F      Transaction failed or no resolution to item discrepancy 

The feedback rating represents the average of all feedback entered for a user. On the site, the rating is displayed next to the User Name, and the number within the parenthesis indicates total feedback posted for the user.  

Feedback comments:

A comment is required when submitting feedback.

• Obscene or libelous comments are strictly prohibited
• Comments may not include personal information (Name, address, phone numbers, User Name, any identifying information etc.)
• Comments should not include tracking information (security precaution)

Notes: Comments can be viewed by clicking the feedback rating next to the User Name.

NR: 

NR stands for Not Rated.

Typically, this is a new user on the site who has not received feedback or has not completed a transaction at this time.

We highly recommend and encourage users to leave appropriate feedback for all transactions.

Although feedback is a useful tool for helping to evaluate the trustworthiness of a buyer or seller, we encourage you to perform your own due diligence on a seller or buyer.
