Gunfight at the OK corral.

Friday Oct.26 will be the anniversary of the famous 30 second gunfight at the OK corral.
On a related note. Doc Holiday who participated in the gunfight, had a big mouthed, big nosed, trouble making girlfriend called "Big Nosed Kate".
In modern times we'd call her Barbara Strisand.

    I went to the Texas Ranger Museum back in 1983 when I was stationed at Ft Hood. I thought it was real neat, but I also thought that there was too much devoted to the Bonny & Clyde era. I would have loved to have seen more about the earlier times, and even the modern times. I like their web sight also.

    It's changed a whole lot since then, and you'd probably enjoy it more now.

There's less devoted to Bonnie & Clyde today and they have/are expanding the museum.
