I just gave up!!
It's been since the 9th of February since I bought a pack of cigs. I have completed the American Lung Assoc's
smoking cessation program and I am smoke free. My CO2 level is zero now which means my blood is clean from the smoke.[:D][:D]
Not trying to brag or nothing but I am proud that I can take the bull by the horns and go cold turkey without a dangerous drug to do me in![:D]

Good for you!!!
I smoked my last cig at 10:30 on Jan 29th, the day before my daughter's B-Day. That is the Present to her that she doesn't realize. When you REALLY(think) you want a smoke just think of all the reasons you shouldn't have one and chew some gum or get up and go do something that precludes smoking, even if it's the middle of the night!
Hang tuff, it'll get easier, the cravings will become less frequent and you'll feel better and better![:)]0 -
For those who may want to quit, I suggest the smoking cessation drug "Chantix" and at the same time, a smoking cessation class at your local hospital given by the American Lung Association.
This worked for me[:D]0 -

Congratulations, I hope you stay smoke free. You did set a good example for all the other smokers by showing you can stop right in your tracks with no help.[;)] 0 -
Without CO2 you do not breathe, so I am hoping you meant CO. I am at one year now, and I promise if I can do it ANYONE can. Hang in there! 0 -
