Fossil from giant birdlike dinosaur found in china, adds to evolution twist.
Dinosour hunters working in Inner Mongolia announced wednesday the have discovered the fossil of an enormous birdlike dinosaur 300 times heavier than its closes relatives.
Dubbed Gigantoraptor erlianensis, the species lived 75 million to 95 million years ago late in the dinosaur era.The specimin was about 25 feet long and 11.5 feet high at the shoulder and would have ewighed more than 3,000 lbs.

It's the perfection of carbon-decay (dating) that has answered timeline questions for me. Just carbon-date the damn fossil. 0
