EBay could care less about one man's rant over firearms. They don't need the stuff to be successful and make gazillions. And, actually, if you look at it in a positive light, it's really good for Gunbroker.com et al in the long run. 0 -

Maybe the people who e-mail him should send it to his personal e-mail address and not through e-puke. Even opening someone mail is illegial (I think) they will do it anyways, and delete any account they think of as 'undesireable'.

REVISION : EBAY PULLED my last Listing where I SHOWED that I AIN'T NO B.S.er and I PICTURED the COLT 22s that a Cylinder Fit and WORKED IN !!! They say that it is AGAINST THEIR POLICY TO PICTURE A FIREARM !!! Ebay SAYS that FIREARMS AND FIREAMS PARTS MAY BE "DANGEROUS TO THE EBAY COMMUNITY" and figures SOMEHOW that Picturing a REVOLVER makes it MORE LETHAL & DANGEROUS to the EBAY COMMUNITY (AND TOLD ME SO !!! YET they still let us list FIREARMS PARTS since I guess they REALLY want to make Money off of them!! ) . I made them aware that FAR MORE PEOPLE ARE KILLED MAIMED ,& HURT by AUTO , Jet Ski, Airplane ,MotorCycles , Snow skis and other SPORTING THINGEES and they still picture THOSE ITEMS NOT JUST TO SHOW THE PARTS WORK BUT FOR SALE ON EBAY and that they should get their LEGAL DEPARTMENT looking into it to SAVE US FROM OURSELVES and these DANGERS by Picturing those items (especially Cars since they seem to kill more of us Motorcycle guys than anything else)!!! They also kill more teenagers (much of the time in SINGLE VEHICLE ACCIDENTS thus proving that HOT ROD CARS ARE DANGEROUS !!! ) than just about anything else and I hope when some GREIVING Parent Reads this (whose Child was killed by some HOT RODDED CAR sold on eBay) and they sue their PANTS OFF !!! I am sure that TRUE STATISTICS WILL show ,especially Per Capita and Number of FireArms owned Versus Motor Vehicles that FireArms KILL LESS!!!

What I feel is going on is somebody at ebay is trying to impose THEIR POLITICAL CORRECTNESS ( and PREJUDICE anganst a CONSTITUTIONALLY PROTECTED RIGHT on US since they (at the MOMENT ) seem to be the only Internet sales & Auction OUTLET ! The "legal Liability excuse is HOGWASH as the Courts have been overturning Manufacturers and Sellers Liability Convictions LEFT AND RIGHT!!! I URGE EVERYONE Who wants to PROTECT THEIR 2nd AMMENDMENT RIGHTS to email a PROTEST to EBAY about their REPRESSIVE FIREARMS POLICIES!!!!
It IS PERFECTLY LEGAL to sell an ENTIRE FIREARM over the Internet and ACROSS STATE LINES by taking it to a Federally Licensed FireArms Dealer ,say in Kansas and have him ship it to YOUR FAVORITE FireArms Dealer in your state & then you fill out the STANDARD FFL FORM and each Dealer chargers a fee to ship & Receive !! Just thought I would let you know !!
Also I have NEVER SHOT OR SHOT AT ANYONE THAT I DID NOT HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT and Reason TO !!!!!!! I have NO FELONY COVICTIONS and I am CERTIFIED FIREARMS ENTHUSIAST approved to own FireArms by the F.B.I. and the B.A.T.F. EACH AND EVERY TIME I PURCHASE A FIREARM AND FILL OUT an FFL Form!! I AM SURE THAT EBAY WILL NOW KICK ME OFF OR "WARN" ME about doing something against eBay Rules & POLICIES!!!! I DON'T expect to be on Ebay Much Longer due to my SPOUTING OFF ! They need to read the "BILL OF RIGHTS" in the Constitution!! Ammendment 1 which includes -Right of FREE SPEECH , FREEDOM of the Press and the RIGHT of the People Peacably to Assemble ,ALL of which as Ebay seems to be 1) an Assembly of the People, 2) a Form of the Press and 3) unless WE THE PEOPLE are doing SOMETHING UNLAWFULL on eBay the right of Free Speech !!!!
