What to do ?

I was on the farm today and found 50 gallon propane tank that really old. Its been on the farm for more years that my family has own the land about 35 years now. Well the tank do have some gas in it! maybe not much but the valve is locked up! Hum my mind is thinking and its pretty close to my rifle range so it would be no problem to get it there?


Any suggestions?
