I watched a program last night that showed rather convincingly that the US never landed a man on the moon...
    what do you think?

    I've been thinking.
I think this does not belong on the political forum. It's not about the what the theory is. It is about theories.

So this South Dakota Senator had a stroke. He is currently in the hospital. Senator Harry Reid says Johnson is doing fine.

Suppose Harry Reid is lying. Suppose the Senator is brain dead. Suppose Reid desires to keep Johnson alive just to keep control of the Senate. Suddenly all life is sacred.

Has anyone seen Senator Johnson? Has the press been told of his condition beyond generic nondescript terms?

How many days has it been since the real Senator Johnson has been seen? If this was Fidel Castro the press would be asking these questions.

If Senator Johnson does make a public appearance, how do we know it is the real Johnson or a double?

With the control of the Senate in balance would the DNC go this far or should I be asking how much farther will they go?

Now, I here is my REAL question. I am not interested in the validity of this theory. I am more curious how long it takes for such theories to gain momentum.

How long until this is discussed by the mainstream media OR Rush Limbaugh? To a theorist, it is possible to connect the dots. TO a theorist this is logical. When is it going to go public?

The evidence is rather convincing that we did not land on the moon. I've done a bit of research because I thought, as most people do, that we did and that people who thought otherwise were complete idiots. But after seeing the evidence against landing on the moon, I've changed my view a bit. Anyway, here is the site of the guy that did the most research on this theory. I got the movie and it is quite convincing!

After initially seeing the evidence, I was about 98% convinced we did not land on the moon. Since then I have seen some evidence refutting the moon movie, and now am about 50/50.

This site takes each "hoax" in moon movie and disproves it. They do not address everything however, especially the video that clearly shows astronauts staging parts of the moon landing.

There's a group that does believe this and they provide some interesting evidence supporting their theory.

However, this is a group of nutfudges... to the same caliber that deny the Holocaust existed.

If they had really landed on the moon, they would have brought back green cheese instead of a bunch of stupid rocks......

With most countries able to obtain telemetry data from the spacecraft, does anyone doubt that the Soviet Union would have been the first to expose a capitalist hoax?

We find nothing wrong with believing a supernatural omnipotent being created the world in seven days, but find it hard to believe man can put a flag on the moon. Quite a crop of scientific minds we have here.

I don't know if Apollo 11 made it to the moon, but I do know that a damn big rocket was launched from Cape Canaveral on that summer morning in 1969.
I watched the blast off from 13 miles away. What an astonishing sight. It made the earth shake beneath your feet.
I would love to see one go up from a half mile away.

Here's a debunking of some of the "evidence" cited in one such show.

I saw the same show a few years ago. It did make me doubt some of the phots and such, but I beleive in the landing for the most part. The show had my attention up until they started on the death of Chaffee and his crew. At that pint, I had visions of tinfoil hats and such.[:o)]

...seems like we should have a telescope powerful enough to see our flag flying on the moon...or any gear left after the landing...I doubt very seriously that it was a hoax.

With all the countries in the world that would have loved to have had the opportunity to humiliate the U.S. by exposing a fraud of any type, does anyone really think they weren't tracking all of this kind of thing on radar of all types, and with telescopes, etc? You've got a much better chance that Elvis is going to drop by and give you a copy of a previously unknown original recording that you can have for your very own than that this was faked and escaped notice.

Sometimes the best proof you can have about something is what your enemies do or don't say about it.

When China reaches the moon in 2020-2030, I'm sure they'll find all the litter the Apollo missions left behind.

We got there and any follow-ups will prove it.

So, let me get this straight, Elvis is alive on the moon?

There was also a show on this weekend, I think on the History Channel, that convincingly proved the doubters wrong and made them look pretty silly.

    We weren't the first.
The Blacks did it when they developed the ancient Egyptian civilization.
The landing strip was in Nasca, Peru where evidence still remains.

No you twit. How many times do I have to cover this?

Elvis, Jimmy Hoffa, Kenneth Lay and JFK are all in a UFO that hides behind the moon. They come back to earth every fourth Tuesday to refuel and replenish their supplies of bananas and peanut butter. I know this because I'm their supplier.

Can you PLEASE pay attention so that I don't have to repeat myself yet again?!?!?!?!?!
