A1: You bees taking into consideration the possibility of hidden variables???

Rates of motion greater than that of light are sufficient to yield delta x/delta t > c, but are not necessary for absolute uncertainty. There may be either physical conditions or hidden variables which lead to a situation of absolute uncertainty without regard to the concept of speed as the rate of change of position. There are neither philosophical nor experimental reasons to deny the possibilities of these other physical interpretations of delta x/delta t at this time. So there still remains a possibility that hidden variables play an important role in quantum theory, even though hidden variables are no longer necessary for the compatibility of special relativity and quantum theory.

read asimov, wolf, ferris, asimov, & the boss- hawking, & where on mechanics can form a mental picture & watch things run cannot get around some of these ideas (as in 11 dimensional space)must have a really deep mathematical skill...guess i am not smart enough to grasp these concepts but sure is fun to study ...hawkings goal to know how the universe runs & why it is, fascinating...makes farming seem simple

Not sure if this counts, but I live in my own little world. It's not so bad--everyone knows me there.

It has been conceptualized and hypotosized, but currently parallel universes are impossible to measure, so there is no possibility (currently) to study them scientifically.

That would be the Dual Universe Theory[^]

Man can only see light and can't fathom what the universe really is.

If man could see magnetic forces and polarity we might be a little ahead right now....but atleast we just started making anti-matter......the opposite of.....us.

Depends on your scientific definition of 'impossible.'

Remember - one hundred and fifty (plus) years ago , it was 'scientifically impossible' for man to exceed 50Mph. "because he would not be able to breath properly."

That "impossibility" has been extended countless times.

I was going to suggest the right book to read to get up to par on the construction of the universe and an introduction to various theories about multidimensions, but I'd be wasting my breath.

Zip, did you over look the currently parenthetically inserted to cover exactly what you stated?

'String theory' is actually more interesting.

That was my first thought too Zip. They are actually similar in ways.

Hmm, yeah ok - but they are somewhat parallel... [:D]

I was talking to a guy who was very indepth about what he thought were parallel universes and levels of we could be on.
    LOL
I don't know where he got all this information and I don't know how much I believe but it sure was interesting to listen to.
Does or did anyone study Parallel universes in college?
Can you explain it to me.?////
