Nothing like taking a Cussing from a tenant
Got a tenant that is totally mad. Just got back cause it took me one minute to find the problem. No lights, no heat... NO power. Main 200 amp GE breaker is worn out. Won't reset. Tenant starts cussing me out on what they are going to do tonight with no heat. I told them I would repair it in the morning. They want it fixed NOW...and start cussing on me again. Geesh.... I simply told this church abiding woman that I was not God and could not make it work tonight.

I detest a bit of jeolosy? geesh.. I have met a few people on here in person. If one ever sees me wearing pants besides blue jeans I must be going to a funeral. How this thread turned around. She has lived in that home for quite some time. I just forgot I actually owned it. She is getting older and wants warmer weather. I will just buy a nice home for her here and sell the other one. Her call, she wants warm weather.0 -

For the upteenth time the contractor hired the Mexicans. They done a jam up super good job too...BTW.. I am trying to get to work from the homebuilder this spring final grading and hydroseeding the yards.Maybe I can hire some legal Mexicans to work for me.0 -

Business Character. Thank you. I will hire LEGAL Mexicans to work. Pay them good money , have them show up on time and give a good days work. All I expect. Sounds like you make plenty on the properties to keep a little in reserve to do the right thing. You are bidding on a vette while lady and her family are in the cold. Legal or not, how can you sleep at night in warmth while others are not?
