Why do jerks stick their noses in????
Folks, I asked for help tonight and most of you have been sincere and helpful. But one or two jerks have stuck their noses in with no appearant purpose other than to stroke their own egos or some other body part. Just don't understand

I don't believe anyone here would ridicule you for being poor or a bad speller.
Although I pick on folks from time to time about their spelling - in a good natured way.

Yes, Some people are rich and some are poor.
By NO means am I rich, but im not poor.
I dont see myself as poor, I look up and hope, and make best of a bad situation. I feel you should try the same, it will make you alot happier in life. Some of these guys get ticked, If you dont reply to them, they wont do it to you!
Dont feed them, theyll die sooner or later.
But as for now, Just because someone is making fun of you, DOESNT give you a right do give it to someone else. Go all out at the guy who made fun of you, but you have NO right to take it out on the others.0 -

doug, i live in the north east of our grate country.i like to hunt, fish, and attend martial arts classes i curently attend tia kwon do,brazilian jiu jitsu,and muay thai.im not a mamas boy but i am very much a grandmas boy.i truly belive bpost was trying to put me way down to bring him self up just a little bit. altho if you think im wrong i will graciously apologise to bpost.you are a stright shooter and a cool dude. thank you for your concern.you the man doug. jd 0 -

ok jacob,im 6 foot 3 inches tall adi weigh 225pounds. im a scorpieo i think.i drive a jeep.have 2 border colies that i love more than my whole gun collection. my favorite color is purple. i absolutly love long walks on the beach,im not kidding i really do. i hope this is enough info. jd 0 -

I'm new here, so I hope I'm not speaking out of turn, but here's how I see it. You went through a bad experience. You came here looking for somebody to shed some light on the subject, and a bunch of guys told you flatly what they thought, based on their knowledge & experience. It might have stung, but I honestly think they were fair -- some of them are obviously law enforcement veterans, and it's a well known fact that that kind of work leaves a guy with a habit of positive professional suspicion - anyone is free to correct me if I am wrong on that point. Nobody likes to run into professional suspicion, but it is just that, professional, and not personal. I did not see anybody attack you here. Let me clarify where I'm coming from, and maybe I'll make more sense to you. I worked as a licensed social worker for many years, with lots of convicted incarcerated felons as my clients. I know a little bit about bad guys, and a lot about the criminal mind. I've also spent a lot of time on public forums since I became disabled some years back, and truthfully, compared to how some people act in a lot of public forums, the guys here went pretty easy on you. I'm new here like I said, but I already like these guys, 'cause they're blunt but not mean. They remind me of some really good folks I used to work with behind bars, guys I trusted with my life to keep me safe while I tried my best to rehabilitate offenders. (Please don't laugh, guys.) I miss that tough honesty in every day conversations. I also feel for you, because I think I've been in your shoes, but nobody here has done you wrong. It's up to you, but I'd rather not see you compound the actual problem by putting these forum members on the defensive. Getting bullied by a rogue cop traumatized the heck outa me back when I was younger & far more thin-skinned, and I remember the feeling of isolation was really, really bad. Some guys here think you're not being honest, but nobody stuck their nose in -- it is a public forum, and remember, you DID ask. Speaking as a retired professional, and I emphasize that I intend no disrespect at all, if it bugs you as much as it sounds like it might, it also wouldn't hurt at all to say a few words to a professional counselor. A good one will know if you've been traumatized by the experience, and that will be extra evidence in your favor. He will also be much better equipped to answer the questions you've posed as to what happened and why, than anybody here on this forum - myself included. In either case, don't isolate yourself and let it work on your head -- that can be a path to serious problems. I only speak because it is a topic near and dear to my heart, but now I'm at risk of getting off-topic, so I'm going to leave it at that. What you do from here is your concern.

now think for a second, yes you told us your side.
But I will want the whole story.
I still side with get a lawyer. the truth will come out.
video will help, the police car will hopfully have one.

REad this and the other post so i guess i will throw in my 2 cents. I see it as a possibilty of truth to this story sure, knowing for sure without being there is impossible. My advise is like several have said here, exhaust every available means to deal with the situation and move on. The only person you have to make beleive it is the truth is yourself and the legal system, if others dont believe what you have to say it is on them, We all here have heard some pretty tall tales on these boards and some may have been true but alot probably were not 0 -
