Would someone be kind enought to describe this tennis ball trick for me? I am on a dial up and cannot watch videos. 0 -
It is my pleasure to assist a fine Irishman like yourself Mr. Griggs. Take a standard tennis ball and cut a small opening into it about the size of a nickel. Now place the tennis ball against the car door lock with the opening covering the lock. With one hard push on the tennis ball a shot of compressed air will enter the door's locking mechanisim and (maybe) unlock the door. As I mentioned previously, this works best on those locks which are tightly sealed against manipulation or picking. Locks which are not well sealed will not allow the build up of sufficent pressure to unlock the door. 0 -

K,
You do realize what is involved for this trick to work don't you?

Thank you kristov. What a trick!
The fiancee's Infiniti I30 has a fiendish computer that will, on occasion, lock all the doors a minute after you shut the door.
I need to see if this trick will work in case she leaves the keys in there.
I was checking the Infiniti owner's manual, and it did say that the computer was named Hal.0 -
This guy looks guilty to me!
