This used to work with many older Mercedes who's lock mechanisims were so heavily shielded against picking that they were virtually air tight and could be blown open with a shot of air. It is my understanding now that all MB door locks will not be compromised at up to 10 bar (slightly over 145 psi) of pressure and you won't get that out of a tennis ball. 0 -
Huh...now where is that tennis ball I saw around here a couple of days ago? I'll give this a try. 0 -
Ah, I liked the candles generating electricity better!!! 0 -
Does that actually work? 0 -
It will work on some cars and it does not leave any marks on or damage to the lock mechanisim. 0 -
never tried that but I know you can take a set of bump keys and open 99% of all door locks on a house including the dead bolt 0 -
So cool...just tried this on the wifes trailbalzer...worked like a charm. I had her try it, she can do it too. 0 -
Well that kinda means that I am gonna have to carry any gun I buy the whole stinking show from now on don't it...Crap!!!! 0 -
Saftey is a illusion? [;)] 0 -
that's probably what caused the dent in the door... 0 -
Just spent 15 minutes in 24* weather trying this. It didn't open my 2001 Mustang, a 2004 Honda Accord or a 2002 Nissan Sentra.
Exactly what cars does it work on, or is this an elaborate joke.

It only works on cars that people want to steal [:)]. Seriously, it works on some cars and not on others and the only one way to find for sure out is to try it. Consider yourself lucky that it won't work on your Accord because those are some of the most popular cars with theives because the demand for Honda Accord parts is nearly limitless and they bring big money.0 -

That was what I was thinking.....[;)]
Nice to know some punk could break into my car with a tennis ball, and steal my collection of classic 70's rock and Billie Holiday CD's, or better yet, the car itself, please....!....[:D]0 -

K,
Did you ever try it?
Don0 -
why did'nt they use the key ? 0 -
whats the point of worrying about this. being able to use a tennis ball is just another way. i still prefer a spring loaded center punch. or really low tech, a brick.
if they want to steal something, they are going to take it. your car. your 60" plasma. anything. all this security does is change the amoutn of aggrevation caused in the process0 -
going downtown now to try, who wants a mustang, maybe corvette? taking orders.[:D] 0 -
Don, I never noticed it before but I think that your dog may well be the ring leader of a tennis ball car theft ring! 0 -

You may have to shave your ball to make it work. Just a suggestion.0 -

Question is: Does he really want to shave his balls?[:0][:o)][:D]0 -
No, my friend, the question is;
How badly does he want to get into his vehicle?
Read ball, not balls.
I'm not saying he doesn't have balls,,,,,,,,,,,,,,better shut up before I have to get someone to get me unshunned.0 -
If you don't have a tennis ball just stand your wife up there and kick her in the ass. [:D][:D][:D] 0 -
Good news! You can also open it with a bowling ball! [:D]

Lighten up. I'm just giving you a bad time.
With stuff going on right now I need a little fun and games. But in no way ment to get you ticked off.0 -
I've been laughing my ass off all night, not pissed here. 0 -
like the saying goes, locks keep honest people honest
try the ceramic from a spark plug trick, just a small piece will go through a car window, as if it wasn't there, i heard of this long time ago, one time i was at a junk yard, and give it a try, i was amazed, trajectory was as if there was no window
found this one on youtube, when i did it there was very little sound

I think the point of it was unlocking YOUR car if you lock the keys in it...my wife has done this so many times I have had to put keys everywhere just so she can get in...and yes she has locked the spare set in with the regular set before also.[B)] 0
