I emailed him on one of his auctions some weeks back and never got a reply either.

Tailgunner says he's been searching for Custer's lost bullets. Hasn't answered his email or his phone. But knowing Teak, he'll show up with some one of kind long lost munition, and maybe the last cartridge that was in Custer's gun.[;)] 0 -

Just to be clear, you've actually tried calling him? Does he only have one number?
I hardly know him; just from the forums and an email or two in the past. If anyone knows him better and isn't sure if they have all his contact information, maybe they could bid on one of his auctions? Win the auction and you can get the contact information he's put in GB.
Edit: If you do that, just use the BuyNow on a low-priced item so you won't creat any "large" GB fee.
You could do a search and actually find contact information on his neighbors, using his address/phone information, and give a quick call to them if you can't reach him or any relative.0 -

Found he wrote 3 letters to the editor in 2004 and 2005 and...yes guys I searched the obits, and found nothing but cannot search the archives (older than just this month) in the newspapers...
