What is the best pistol you've every owned?

I still have space for one more pistol in my safe.

What is the best pistol you've ever owned(and still made today) for accuract, reliability, durability and good feel in your hand to shoot?

    I've heard good things about the full size XD. I already own a subcompact Springfield XD 40 cal. but I'll consider it.

    I was looking for a different brand for variety, between my subcompact Springfiend XD 40 cal. model, my Beretta Cougar, my Glock, and my Taurus Milenium Pro.

    I hate choosing between my children.
    Either the HK P7 PSP, Beretta 84, Sig P232, Walther TPH, or HK P2000sk. I can't choose...these are my never sell them guns.

    magnum research 50ae but then i have big hands so that probably why it felt the most comfortable but the price of ammo forced me to sell it. second choice would be the 1911-a1 in 45acp

    I see all the revolvers here and what I was asking about were 40 cal. semi-auto pistols, please(so reloading 40 cal. would be all I was reloading).

    I've not owned very many semi auto pistols. But, I LOVE my new SW M&P9. Mine is 9mm, but also available in 40. The feel of these is better than any pistol I've held. Not a single jam since the day I brought her home. She comes in second only to my 686 wheel gun in .357.

    The CZ 40P is a great gun. It's not made anymore, but it's not like it's a collector's item or anything. Fits well, shoots great. Love it to death.
