Favorite College/Dorm Prank?
My favorite:
Friday or Saturday evening, saran wrap the toilet bowl in the women's restroom...and don't forget to put the seat down.

Some guy told us that you could get a guy to pee his pants if he slept with his hand in a bowl of warm water. After that every time we caught him sleeping he would wake up with one of his hands in warm water. Never worked but we tried and tried.
I heard once that a guy walked into the end stairwell of the dorm. He had led a "pany raid" on a girls' floor the night before. He had gotten a couple of them with the shaving cream in an envelope trick. The girls were waiting for him on the sixth floor and dropped a 5 pound bag of flour down the middle of the stairwell. It hit the floor at ground level just a he stepped onto the first step. Looked like the Piilsbury Dough Boy aftrewards! Last pany raid he was ever on!
It was rumored at Michigan State that soon after the first "Godfather" came out an RA was not getting along with the guys on his floor. While he was on spring break the custodian smelled something coming from his room and called the police. The police came in and found a dead horse. Someone had brought in an old swayback horse and shot it in the RA's dorm room. The RA quit on his return from break.0 -

Heard something similar..
Smear toothpaste under the nose of someone and let them wake up hours later..
That would (supposedly) give the guy (or gal') the skitters (spray-butt), rash under the nose and generally feel bad for the next 24-48 hours.0 -
The Upper Deck Trick:
Go to a house party, while in the restroom remove the tank lid of the toilet. Proceed to do a #2 in the tank. Walk out casually. When the next user of the toilet flushes, woila...where did that come from?...its magic!!!0 -
Oh...
almost forgot.. during our many excursions we did a few tricks on eachoder..
It was fun to see what you could get away with, when someone was sleeping.
A few of us had some of those plain round crackers - nothing fancy like chokolate or something like that.
Just a plain round cracker.
Well, we'd find someone who slept with an open mouth.. and put a cracker in his mouth.
Then just wait until he tasted it and... ate it.
Some people so that - some don't.
But it's fun to see how many crackers that people would eat, before waking.
Then it's fun to see how they struggle to talk when their mouth is completely dry.
A guy ate about 3/4 of a roll of these crackers.. before waking up.
He had to drink a couple of glasses of water to even speak right.0 -
On the last day of finals i placed condoms in a room mates textbooks. Knowing what exams he had already taken assured me that he would not be opening these books for any reason. Once he completed his last exam, he did what all of us did...sell your books back to get beer money. Some old woman was running the book return line, he placed his books on the table and she grabbed the books by the front and back cover and turned each one upside down so any loose papers would fall out...condoms fell out everywhere. 0 -
take an open box of oreo cookies and scrape off the white filling. Apply toothpaste and put the cookies back together then place back in box. 0 -
Jeepgod, those are hilarious.
Didn't stay at the dorms myself but I did hear of a pretty bad one while I was there. The guys were having a big party. One of the people that shared the room was the geeky, loud and obnoxious one of the class (most likely to get a prank pulled on him). Anyway, they didn't come up with anything fancy. Just some drunk s.o.b. thought it would be funny to urinate on the guy's mattress while he was out on a date. Others see this and thought it was funny so the next thing you know, I guess there was a line of people going out the door waiting to pi$$ on the guy's mattress. Victim comes back to the dorm in the early morning hours to pass out on his bed and... SUPRISE! Instantly soaked in ice cold urine.
At first I thought they were making it up but after classes that day, I witnessed the victim carry a mattress across the parking lot and throw it in the dumpster.0 -
Where I live, to lock/unlock the door from the inside, you just turn a little knob, but you need a key to lock/unlock from the other side.
Well this one guy leaves his room open all the time, I reversed the handle without him realizing it, got a female friend of ours to get his keys cause she "left something in his car".
At which point I closed and locked the door. He needed a key to get out, and was pissed off. After about half an hour of yelling, I finally let him out.
Another time, this same guy, was passed out drunk, its a 2nd story room, with the window close to the roof of a part of the building that is only 1 story. I was able to climb from the nearby roof to his open window (hot summer day).
The next day he found almost all his possessions missing...... where could they be?
He finally makes it outside, only to see all his stuff on the roof.
Then theres just a huge pile of manure, or hiding some fish in a ventilation duct (be carefull with this one, the whole building may end up stinking- choose the duct wisely)
Our doors are semi-recssed into the hallway by like 6 inches. One guy measured the dimensions of the recess, got a peice of drywall and cut it to fit, got some paint and drywall paper, spackling etc, and made 2 doors dissappear (ones opposite each other in the hallway). So it looked like there were no doors there. Then the first few doors were re-numbered
This guy gets back from the party(drunk), takes a turn down the hallway, finds the first door on the right(that he sees, he passes his now "invisible" room), and tries to get in.
As people laugh, he becomes convinced someone switch the locks, so he breaks in, realizes its not his room, and has no clue whats going on.
some take alot of work, but are absolutly hilarious.0 -
I was in USMC boot camp in San Diego MCRD in 1960. I got double pneumonia (almost died) and was in sick bay for a week or so. Two funny things happened.
#1, The Navy Corpsmen who ran the ward played a trick on one of the recruits who was sick in bed. The recruits were somewhat in awe of any military personnell who were not themselves recruits, so they were very in awe of the Corpsmen. One morning the Corpsmen were making rounds and they had apparently brought along a horse syringe or something because the whole thing was about 1 & 1/2 feet long. Two Corpsmen approached this bed ridden USMC recruit with this huge syringe and needle and ordered the recruit to drop his gown and turn over on his chest. The recruit saw the huge needle and started screaming "no, no!" The Corpsmen got tought with him and he finally turned over. As he was now face down and could not see the Corpsmen, they switched to the standard, small needle, gave him his painless shot, then switched back to the huge needle just as he turned over with an amazed look on his face.
#2. We had about 20 recruits in a ward on the second floor and each had his own rack (bed) on wheels. They were all in 2 or 4 rows (I can remember which). One night, after lights out and everyone had to be in their rack, one recruit left his bed to go to the head (bathroom). A couple of us jumped up while he was gone and rolled his rack out into the hall and onto the eleveator and then sent the elevator down a floor and then we got back into bed and everyone acted like they were asleep. The poor recruit came back from the bathroom and stood around for about 5 minute, walking around, scratching his head and looking for his bed. Pretty funny.0 -

Dang that is some funny stuff!
I especially like the hiding the doors trick. Might try that myself.0 -
Almost forgot one. In high school in the boys restroom on the lower level (almost a basement level) there were about 10 toilets side-by-side on this one wall. There was no stall to them, just a small panel between each toilet. So basically when you had to take a dump you felt like you were sitting right out there in the open. Anyway, we discovered that if you flushed the toilet on the far right, the toilet on the far left would shoot water out of the bowl (and anything that might be in that bowl at the moment, i.e. brown stuff, etc.) about two feet high into the air. Into the air that is if no poor fool was actually stupid enough (or new enough) to be setting on that particural toilet. Well, anytime we noticed some new guy sitting on that far left toilet, you just know that at some point somebody just had to flush that toilet on the far right.
Many times I have ROFLMAO when I saw some poor new guy, sitting on that far left toilet with his pants around his ankles, and suddenly a gusher of water (and other debris) comes shooting out of the toilet bowl and all over him. Man, those guys would scream, jump etc.
Always good for a laugh and the poor victim didn't even know what had happened to him or who had done it. He just thought it was some random malfunction of the school plumbing.
Wish I had it on video, but video wasn't invented back in the 1960's.0 -
Those are all good, I have to think up some new ones for our supervisor at the fair this year. 8 months is enought time to think. We have vaselined his steering wheel, stolen his brand new truck and parked it at the police station, and of course the classic of everyone calling in sick on the same day so he has nobody working the roads and is going insane. (Meanwhile we are all out there working the orads, just without radios) 0 -

In my second year I had a rather crappy RA so I made it my duty to mess with him. Every night after he had turned in for the night I would stretch newspaper across his door frame, form top to bottom and securely tape it. He got used to opening his door to a wall of newprint and every morning would burst through it on his way to class. After about 3 weeks of this I finally put a yard stick at eye level. About 0700 the next morning he attempted his morning breakout and all i heard was WHAP!!! He had a floor meeting, with a huge shiner on his head\nose demanding to know who done, just about everyone knew but they all kept their mouths shut. It was hilairous! He never did find out who did it![}:)][}:)]
Variation on this theme that I heard about.... People covered a doorway with newspaper. The person in the room would come through. I guess this went on for several days. The guy in the room started jumping through the paper like superman. after this happen twice, the perps covered the door with paper again but this time placed the coke machine in front of the door. I guess the machine shook and there was a groan from the other side.[}:)]0 -
Those are some classics!
I enjoyed the 'door penneying" because it was easy, cheap, and VERY last minute!
A 5 gallon bucket of water leaning against the door and a little knock was always good for a laugh!
If I came back to the dorm late, there were never enough parking spces. something like 500 passes for 400 spaces!! I'd just pull up on the sidewalk and park. The next morning there would be a bunch of cars parked on the sidewalk all ticketed, so I'd just take my ticket and place it under the wiper of the closest car and throw his/her ticket away. They'd apparently not read the plate number and pay my ticket!0 -

That's great how you got them to pay your ticket. [8D] [:D] [8D] [:D]0 -
This was'nt done at college, though back then we act like a bunch of kids in the dorm. It happened while I worked at the largest mortgage bank in the country, 17 years ago. We had a middle managment guy whos office just happened to be right behind the mens room on the second floor. One evening three of us climbed up in the space between floors and rerouted the exhaust fan vent, which was right above the three stalls in the mens bathroom. We attached the flexible duct to the heat duct for this guys office. Well every day just after lunch when the bathrooms were being used, the exhaust from the can would blow directly into his office. In fact his heat vent was almost right over his desk. We would stop by his office and accuse him of crapping his drawers. He swore up and down that something was wrong with the plumbing. After about ten days we started to fear that we might get found out and moved it back to the outside vent pipe. Years later I still laugh about that one. 0 -
...we used to catch someone sleeping one off...then take an old long cord we'd taken off a lamp; and then gently make a loose loop....and place one over each big toe of the victim...then plug the sucker in.[:p]
Talkin about kickin, and waking up in a hurry! Of course when they kicked...the wires came off and electricution fun ended...[;)]

Hmmm, almost 40 years later, and I am still glad I never lived in a dorm. 0 -

This was done to my Fire Chief years ago. It took him months to figure out why/how his stench was beating him back to his office. He was the main one using/stinking up that restroom. [:o)] [:p] [8D]0 -
What is this? Did I miss a posting that explains it?
Also, if you can please down size it a little it makes it easier to read the rest of the posts, that way we don't have to scroll over if the pictures are a bit smaller. Thanks

Worst I saw was filling up the bathroom garbage can completely full of water and leaning it against the door in the middle of the night.
Knocking really loudly on the door and running.
Never happened to me but I that happen on my floor.0
