You been doing any hunting this year? I'm thinking about going down to Amistad for some bowhunting whitetail, mouflon, and auodad around Christmas sometime for a week or so. You interested?

  I like caribou the best. Followed by whitetail and then elk. They are all good. Never had moose or bear. Gator is good if you take the time to remove all the fat as the strong fishy taste is in the fat. Regards.

  I have had a lot of moose, and it is delicious. I like it better than deer.
  Never had any elk.
