No... In fact I am going after it with the Ford and flatbed trailer. The Dealer wants to buy my 2001 Ford. It only has 60,300 mile on it. I will take wholesale for it cause I got a good deal when I bought it. If he doesn't want it, I will use the new truck to bring her home and sell it locally.

I thought I got a good deal. That's what I paid for mine. But it was a year old with 28K miles. It was the cheapest one I could find at the time, I had to have black and a 6spd. Everything else I looked at was in the 30's.

That is a nice color and looks quite a bit like the shade on my wife's ML550 which is called Barolo Red.

Damn nice deal! Very good looking truck...looks just like the one in my driveway.[;)] You're not going to like those mirrors with the dually. Get a set of flip out. I don't know why they put those goofy things on a work/towing truck, especially one with training wheels. Good choice on the manual tranny. You're gonna love that new truck! Such torque monsters.

Were you afraid of the 6.7L or did you just not want the price of a brand new one?

Here's mine. Looks the same except the mirrors, and mine has the 6.7L. Mine has vinyl flooring and electronic 4x4 too.

Wasn't too picky on the 5.9 which is super reliable. Nice looking truck you have..[:D][:D] I will probably change out the mirrors.

    Nice buy![8D]

The only thing that would look better about that truck is if it were sitting in my driveway.[;)]

I didn't know you could still get a rubber floor mat in a pickup.

I didn't either. Dodge has it as an option though, no price change. I like the vinyl much better than carpet. Carpet can look ugly after a little work use.

Ford still offers it in their XL work trucks. Just got back from the bank... cashiers check in hand..[8D]

when we ordered our f-350 from ford, we got the xlt package but deleted the carpet. Saved $50.00 but the big reason was it didn't make sense to have carpet in a work/hunting truck.

Been looking for a deal on a truck for some time now. Found a new 07 4x4 in Fort Wayne. 1/2 ton and salesman said it was loaded. Dodge pearl coat red? $26.900.00. Gonna try to go see it Monday.

Just in case you would like a bit more power:

No offense to MK 19, but I'm not a fan of Bullydog at ALL. I've never seen a truck with a Bullydog programmer that didn't have injector problems.

If you want to mod the truck, first get an exhaust for it. With a manual, all you need is a good clutch and you're capable of huge power.

IMO, there are two options for programmers/boxes.

The Edge Juice w/ Attitude, or the Smarty with a set of mechanical gauges.

If you like to mod and make power then I can help you out quite a bit with what works the best. Just let me know.
