Media all over 2 black coaches

Why the hell is it such a big deal that 2 good coachs for the Colts and Bears are African/American? I know there hasnt been one make it to the superbowl, but there will be 2 this time. I think the media is blowing this out of proportion. They way i look at it is: They are very good coaches that have good teams that have made it to the big game. Regardless if they are black, white, blue, red, etc... Even though it is history with the event, it shouldnt be blowed out of proportion. They are good "coaches" leading their teams to the BIG DANCE.

  I didn't want to be the one who said this, but Terry Bradshaw was in the face of the coach for Indy yelling what it meant to be one of the first black coaches in the superbowl. I was thinking I would have been insulted. Why not celebrate the fact that these are good men and good coaches who happen to be black. At the risk of offending someone, let me ask this, is it possible that those asking these questions suffer from some "white guilt?" they are trying to work off? Just a thought.
