Whats the "SHOT" to stop smoking?

I know i read a post about some one getting a shot, and it helped them Quit.My wife realy needs to quit, and finaly, this morning she is asking me what the shot is called.
The lozengs and gums make her sick..

  I also went cold turkey, but do anything you can to help your wife quit. Those things will kill you, you know.

  They have been called coffin nails for many years so it's no news
  they have proven to be.
