What gun(s) do you keep next to the bed in case of emergency?

    (1) 100 lb American Bulldog to sound the alarm in case of fire or disorder. Then I can get whatever I may need to deal with the situation at hand while they are dealing with the dog.

    A PPK by the bed, but if the shop alarm goes off, I grab either a .45 MAC 10 (1st) or an Armalite AR-180 (2nd) that are hanging by the door. Both have 30 round mags in.

    Safe is in the bedroom, along with the cases of ammo so the 12ga is nearby with a load of 3" 00 buck sitting next to it.

    The girlfriend now has a .40 Sig229 w/Crimson Trace grips on her nightstand. I sleep much better when I'm away now. She says she does...

    In the nightstand a 40 cal Hi power, the closet a mossberg 500, and in the desk a S&W mod. 60, since the wife took the endtables i have to find another place for the 45.

    Geez !!!
    One way to find out ! if you get past the two spastic bugles (beagles)
    and then the 100 Lb (trained) Black&Tan and the 80Lb Staffishire (pitbull mix) you might very well be facing a Glock 23 (40 cal.) a Mossberg 12 ga. Pump , a AK47 and or what ever else we may have out handy ???
