Well, I have two. Worst is getting in front of people to make a talk. Don't know why it is but I will pass out if I have to get up in front of half dozen people and talk. I can sit at bar or at home and do it it but in an office setting, just can't do it. How do I know, I passed out before I did it. Not agoraphobia but close I guess.
