Miss America 2008.. 19 going on 40?? pics
LAS VEGAS (Jan. 26) - Miss Michigan Kirsten Haglund, a 19-year-old aspiring Broadway star, was crowned Miss America 2008 on Saturday in a live show billed as the unveiling of the 87-year-old pageant's new, hipper look.

I was surprised, while looking through the regular news sources today to find out that they even had held the pageant. I'm thinking it's not on most American's radar these days.
My second wife wanted nothing more than to be a beauty queen. And she was beautiful and poised enough. Probably still is. But damn, that woman was abour deep as a teaspoon. Not stupid. Just not... deep.0 -

In the same vein, I met a well-built, over-tanned and much-made-up young lady a while back that looked like she was 25 going on 45 because she had been doing porn since she was 18, know the look? Turned out she was 18.

My Mom did not attend her 40th high school reunion, but she was sent a class picture afterwards. I tell you what, it was eye-opening. some of her classmates looked to be in their 40's while others looked to be in their 70's. It was quite a contrast. I'm sure the right combination of genetics, healthy living, cosmetic surgury, and luck plays a good part in this.0 -
