Possible Moral Dillemma

O.k. heres the scoop, I live in an apt building that shares common halls until you get to your own apt. Lately there has been a lot of weed smoking in the halls that has been seeping into my apt through the door surround. I guess I wouldn't care but it makes the future misses very ill. Now if it was done in the persons own apt I could care less, but since it's done in this common hallway I'm wondering what I should do about it. Today I just went and opened the windows in the hall and since it's Michigan and winter that doesn't do to well. The complex says they can't do anything about it, so should I go to their door personally and ask them to stop smoking their poope in the halls or should I just call the cops and be done with it. I really don't want to call them but if it would make the lady batter than my life in turn will be much better. Advise anyone?

    Bad idea, you don't know if there is something more serious going on like cocaine, meth, heroin, etc. These types of people can be very territorial and down right violent. Handling "your own stuff first" usually leads to a much worse situation. Then the cops will be called and you may end up on the wrong end of the call.

    1. Get some teabags. Rip them open.
    2. Get a packet of Bambu, or Z-Z top rolling paper.
    3. Put the tea/rolling paper in a clear plastic ziploc bag.
    4. Tape the bag to the apartment door. Late at night. With a note in it, plainly visible from the outside, saying YOU OWE ME $50-BE HOME NEXT TIME[:0][:0] Best, Joe

    Gunfunco, yep they sure are! The owners opened another restaurant across the street called The Big Bear lodge, great food and during hunting seasons they offer wild game nights where you can try stuff you wouldn't normally see on the menu at a restaurant.

    Givette, thats a really funny idea!

    I'll have to check it out. I have a couple of friends that live down that way. Maybe I'll have to check out the fishing in the Huron River behind the old state police post.
